Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you wish to return an item, you have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to do so. You can exchange it for a replacement or receive store credit, minus any applicable shipping or custom fees incurred by LOHO KUR. Please ensure that any returned item is unused.

In the unlikely event of a product fault, customers may return the item for repair or a full refund. We cover the cost of shipping in such instances.

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled.

We now cover all customs duties and fees for shipments to Europe, Australia, and the USA.

Once a package has been confirmed as delivered, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.

Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate and secure. LOHO KUR is not liable for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Any items marked undeliverable due to address issues will be resent upon return, with a re-shipping fee applied if necessary.
