CARE

Wash cold, inside out. Hang dry away from direct sunlight. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed. Treat the piece like it matters — it will last longer than you expect.

WARRANTY

Every piece carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a seam, fastening, or material fails under normal wear within 12 months, we will repair or replace it at no cost. This is our commitment to the work that leaves our house.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Email studio@lohokur.com and we will arrange everything for you — no complicated forms, no waiting. If anything arrives not as expected, contact studio@lohokur.com and we will resolve it personally.
